Terms of sale

Prices are quoted by a named adviser and confirmed in writing. Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations and import duties. A confirmed quote is valid for 7 days from issuance.

Payment terms are agreed at the point of order. Typical terms: 50% deposit on order, 50% on delivery. Bank transfer or certified cheque. Financing options are available through partner institutions — your adviser can guide you.

Delivery timelines are confirmed at order. For vehicles in stock, delivery is within 7 working days. For vehicles ordered from Chery Group, delivery is typically 6“12 weeks. Your adviser confirms the timeline before you commit.

All vehicles carry the manufacturer warranty as described in the Ownership Promise. Full warranty terms are available on the OMODA | JAECOO Nigeria site. Warranty is honoured exclusively through HAP Autos' workshop.

Orders may be cancelled before vehicle allocation with a full refund of deposit. After allocation, the deposit is non-refundable. Service bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with 24 hours' notice.

Vehicles are not returnable after delivery except for defects covered under warranty. If a defect is identified at delivery, the vehicle will not be accepted and the order will be reissued or refunded in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved through Nigerian courts or arbitration as agreed between the parties.
